Meeting the report card deadline can be challenging
If you're anything like me, you're scrambling to calculate averages and keep track of assessments. For this reason, I have teamed up with a local intermediate teacher to offer an affordable, alternative report card writing program and gradebook organizer. For anyone sick of copying and pasting between different sections of a Word document or trying to use comment banks, we are confident that this will help save you time (and we should know because we're both teachers, too!).

The ZAM Organizing Suite consists of two products: the ZAM Markbook and ZAM Report Card Organizer.
The ZAM Markbook: An interactive gradebook
The ZAM Markbook is an interactive gradebook that calculates weighted averages. It also has an opening sheet that helps teachers track averages across all subjects and missing and excused assignments. It has built-in functions to excuse students from assignments to ensure they get the grade average they deserve. You can also mark absences and keep track of their work submissions without affecting their average.
The ZAM Report Card Organizer: A report writing tool
The ZAM Report Card Organizer is an excellent tool for writing report cards. It pulls pre-written comments for every learning skill at every level so you can instantly complete a preliminary comment with a personalized starting and ending sentence. It doesn't only work for learning skills like most websites. You can use it for every subject and build your comment bank over time. Each term pulls from different comment banks to ensure variety in your report cards (applies to progress cards as well).
Enhanced features for seamless report crafting
With awesome features such as automatically correcting gender pronouns, first name inclusion, and customizable "best work" mentions, the ZAM Organizer is the perfect tool for crafting reports. You will not want to return to your old ways of writing first-draft reports after trying this. Future updates hope to add a third-gender option for students and additional customization options.
