Students will improve their internet research skills by responding to enticing questions in this inquiry-based learning resource. You all loved my first internet scavenger hunt WebQuest so much that I decided to make a part 2! They will be tasked to answer 50 questions (or true or false statements) by searching the internet. This WebQuest activity helps your students learn about various information that the average person does not know! Give them something to talk about at dinner after school! They'll learn how to answer a question and find reliable sources properly.
According to Education World, "Internet scavenger hunts are a way for students to practice problem-solving, improve their reading and comprehension skills, and learn how to search the Internet." Scavenger hunts have quickly become one of the most popular resources among teachers. I, for one, use internet scavenger hunts in my classroom to consolidate their understanding of various topics. It's also a great way to get them to utilize technology in the classroom.
I love using Webquest scavenger hunts in my classroom! They're perfect for consolidation activities, and I usually leave them in my supply plans. It's the ideal no-prep activity! This resource includes a Google Forms version of the question, so it's distance-learning approved!
